How long do orders take to ship? 

 All orders will ship in 2-10 business days from the day the order is received 

My order? 

The day your order ships, we’ll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number sent to your e-mail.

Does Angel  Sayings ship internationally? 

Not at this time.

Images for custom cards ? Ask about our MOQ for custom.

All your artwork images will be kept strictly confidential.

Returns 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not happy, for any reason, you may return your purchase, for a replacement or refund, within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of “Custom Cards”. 

Returning Damaged /Defective items 

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to Angel Sayings (Info@angelsayings.com).  In many cases, action (in the form of replacement or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email contact, the item may be required to return to Angel sayings for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Who Covers the Return Shipping Cost? 

Angel Sayings will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by an Angel Sayings representative to be defective.

Under no circumstance does Angel Sayings reimburse for return shipping costs incurred by the customer, except in the case of damaged /defective products. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Angel Sayings.  

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
